Nestor Nyzhankivskyi

Ukrainian composer, pianist and music critic

Nestor Nyzhankivsky (Nestor Ostapovych Nyzhankivsky) (Ukrainian: Не́стор Оста́пович Нижанкі́вський); August 31, 1893 – April 10, 1940) was a Ukrainian composer, pianist and music critic. Received his doctoral degree in history from the University of Vienna and graduated from the Prague State Conservatory.
